One Evening Table Hire
EVENING PRINTING SESSIONS 6-8PM
- for Print Clan Members only
Evening table hire is from 6pm - 8pm during the week, most commonly a Thursday but this may change with studio availability.
These sessions give you two hours of self-led access to the studio at a reduced rate, outside of our standard daytime opening hours. You will be provided with a section of our printing table, as many blank screens as you wish, a range of squeegees, and our standard studio facilities such as our washout area, heat press, drying cabinet, sewing machine, overlocker and internet access. One of our team will be on hand to provide technical assistance should you require any.
These sessions do not include the cost of coating and exposing screens, but these can be purchased either in advance or during the session using our Member Screen Prep option.
For an extra £5 you can use our t-shirt carousel or bullet steamer by adding the option to your basket (see below). If it is your first time using either of these pieces of equipment please let us know in advance so we can provide you with an induction.
The menu below also shows the dates available to use on a Block Booking, where you can purchase four sessions of evening table hire for the price of three.
Please note that this service is only available to existing members, including anyone who has completed a recent Beginner’s Course.
COVID-19
Before booking into the studio please familiarise yourself with our Covid-19 guidelines.
Our studio is open at full capacity, available for four members a day. If you want more space you can choose our exclusive studio hire option.
If you are showing any symptoms of coronavirus (however mild) or have had contact with anyone who has symptoms please cancel your booking, and stay at home. We will transfer your booking to a later date.
Whilst members are responsible for their own hygiene practices whilst in the studio, please try and maintain high levels of cleanliness and follow best practices such as regular hand washing.

SCREEN RENTAL
Blank screens can be used for no extra charge, but evening table hire does not include the cost of coating and exposing a screen. These can be rented at the following rates:
- A4 screen £5
- A3 screen £10
- A2 screen £15
- A1 screen £20
- A0 screen £30
These can be purchased via the Members Screen Prep on our membership page. If you would like us to prepare the screen for you we can do so either in advance or during your booking, for an extra £5.
TERMS OF USE FOR THE SCREENS
A screen is your responsibility whilst in use. Please let us know in advance if you want a screen to be kept beyond your booking. Once returned, if screens are damaged you may be required to pay the costs of a re-stretch.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations need to be made at least 7 days prior to your booking. Any cancellations made within this timeframe will be refunded in full, or can be transferred to a new date.
Please note that cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the start of your booking will incur a 20% penalty fee, which can be paid for via our website. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of your booking will incur a 40% fee, as we are often unable to fill these at such short notice. As a small studio with limited capacity cancellations have a big impact on our staff and finances.
Print Clan retain the right to close the studio on any day within 24 hours notice.
Please note that we may cancel or reschedule your due to insufficient signups. In the event of this we will refund you in full.
As this is a new provision we are initially offering it at a reduced rate, but we reserve the right to increase the price at any time.

This service is priced per day and must be bought alongside ourDaily Table Hireservice. Please make sure that the date you have selected is available on the Daily Table Hire before booking.
Please note that if this is your first time booking our carousel you must also purchase a T-Shirt Carousel Induction
Daily hire is from 11am - 5pm.
Evening hire is from 6-8pm (Induction not available in the evenings).
