One Day Table Hire
DAILY TABLE HIRE
- for Print Clan Members only
Daily hire price gives you access to a 7.5ft section of our 30 foot textile printing table and includes one screen (up to A3) and squeegee. You can expose the screen with artwork of your choice, alternatively we can help you with this if needed. Please note that if you want to coat and expose more than one screen this can be paid for separately via our shop, either in advance or on the day.
Full use of our exposure unit & wash out area are included and one of our team will also be on hand to provide any technical assistance you need to print your project successfully. We supply degreaser, stencil remover and emulsion.
For an additional fee you can use our t-shirt carousel or bullet steamer by adding the option to your basket (see below). If it is your first time using either of these pieces of equipment please let us know in advance so we can provide you with an induction.
Daily hire is from 11am - 5pm during the week, 1pm-5pm for a half-day and 12pm - 4pm on weekends.
The menu below also shows the dates available to use on a Block Booking, where you can purchase four sessions of daily table hire for the price of three.
Please note that this service is only available to existing members by appointment only.
SCREEN RENTAL
Daily table hire includes the price of coating and exposing of one screen up to A3. Extra screens can be rented at the following rates:
- A4 screen £5
- A3 screen £10
- A2 screen £15
- A1 screen £20
- A0 screen £30
These can be purchased via the Members Screen Rental page in our shop. If you would like us to prepare the screen for you we can do so either in advance or during your booking, for an extra £5.
TERMS OF USE FOR THE SCREENS
A screen is your responsibility whilst in use. Please let us know in advance if you want a screen to be kept beyond your booking. Once returned, if screens are damaged you may be required to pay the costs of a re-stretch.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations need to be made at least 7 days prior to your booking.
Any cancellations made within this timeframe will be refunded in full, or can be transferred to a new date.
Please note that cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the start of your booking will incur a 20% penalty fee, which can be paid for via our website. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of your booking will incur a 40% fee, as we are often unable to fill these at such short notice. As a small studio with limited capacity cancellations have a big impact on our staff and finances.
Print Clan retain the right to close the studio on any day within 24 hours notice.
T-Shirt Carousel Daily Hire

Perfectly print merch in up to four colours with our in house t-shirt carousel!
Price includes 1 x ready coated T-shirt sized screen, if needed.
This service is priced per day and must be bought alongside ourDaily Table Hireservice. Please make sure that the date you have selected is available on the Daily Table Hire before booking.
Please note that if this is your first time booking our carousel you must also purchase a T-Shirt Carousel Induction
Daily hire is from 11am - 5pm.
Evening hire is from 6-8pm (Induction not available in the evenings).
