Exclusive Studio Hire
BOOK THE ENTIRE STUDIO
We offer exclusive hire of the studio including full access to the 30 foot textile printing table, exposure unit, wash out area and drying facility. This service is aimed at clients working large scale or working on professional textile printing projects who need a private space in which to work.
Arianna Mele has 10 years worth of textile printing experience and will be on hand for technical support throughout the hire period if required.
Studio hire is from 11am - 5pm, and includes two screens (up to A0) for one day, three screens for three days and four screens for 5 days. Please select the number of screens you require when booking.
After booking this service please email arianna@printclan.co.uk to arrange a date to come in to the studio, as well as details of what size screens you require so we can reserve them for you.
TERMS OF USE FOR THE SCREENS
A rented screen is your responsibility whilst signed out to you. Please let a member of studio staff know when you are finished with the screen. Once returned, if screens are damaged you may be required to pay the costs of a re-stretch.
Follow these guidelines when preparing your artwork:
Please send us your artwork at least 5 working days prior to coming in for A1 and A0 screens.
Save artwork in greyscale, PDF format only as 100% black.*
Please save artwork at the actual size you want it printed at, with a resolution of 300dpi.
If there are multiple colours please send each layer as a separate files.
Send your artwork via WeTransfer or Dropbox to hello@printclan.co.uk
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct artwork. If you need help with preparing your artwork you can use our artwork preparation service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations need to be made at least 7 days prior to your booking.
Any cancellations made within this timeframe will be refunded in full, or can be transferred to a new date.
Please note that cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the start of your booking will incur a 20% penalty fee, which can be paid for via our website. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of your booking will incur a 40% fee, as we are often unable to fill these at such short notice. As a small studio with limited capacity cancellations have a big impact on our staff and finances.
Print Clan retain the right to close the studio on any day within 24 hours notice.
