Design and screen print your own fabric patch ready for upcycling and particpating in ‘Mend in Public Day’ as part of Fashion Revolution Week 2026.
Mend in Public Day stands as a beacon of change in a world inundated with fashion waste. The idea is simple: join our community and mend in protest against disposable fashion.
By participating, you’ll be part of a global creative action resisting the cycle of excess through repair and reuse. Amidst busy Saturday shoppers, we will repair our worn textiles with unique printed patces and spark conversations on making Loved Clothes Last.
Your screen printed fabric patch can be used to mend and cover holes or stains and extend the life of your favourite clothing. Or use it to simply upcycle and embellish an old waredrobe staple!
Print Clan C.I.C. is a Glasgow’s only open access textile screen printing studio and we hope to encourage community participation in slow fashion and traditional crafts.
All materials are provided. No previous screen printing or drawing experience is needed.
Cancellation Policy
We will refund you in full minus a 5% booking fee if you cancel no less than seven days before the start of the course, after which no refunds will be issued. Once booked we may be able to transfer you to another course, but we cannot guarantee it.
We reserve the right to cancel the course for any reason (for example, insufficient bookings). We will endeavour to give at least 7 days notice if the course is cancelled and in the event of cancellation we will, of course, issue you a full refund.
Accessibility
Our aim is to bring screen printing to as many people as possible but unfortunately our studio is not wheelchair accessible. For safety reasons only those over the age of 16 will be permitted to participate in the workshop.
